Hey, everyone! I’m Danielle from over at Busy Mom’s Helper, and I’m so excited to be guest posting there today! As I was planning my post, I kept going back and forth. Should I share a yummy dessert (I’m a sucker for desserts and yummy treats…sugar is my best friend, it seems!). Then I decided that it’s the perfect time of year for grilling, so I wanted to share one of my new favorite steak recipes. It’s just BURSTING with flavor in every bite (thus the name), and is just so tender and juicy. LOVE IT!
Adapted from Cooking Light
Ingredients
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, packed
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Small Steaks, about 4-6 oz. each
Directions
Place the steaks in a ziploc bag.
Mix the four remaining ingredients, then pour the rest into bag.
Marinate for about 1 hour, turning occasionally to fully cover the steaks.
Grill until desired done-ness. Enjoy the bursting flavor!
Notes: I made another batch of the marinade and used it as a sauce for the potatoes – it was delish!
